She has been working with silk cocoon crafts at HASDER for 25 years. She learned the craft at HASDER and, through practice and experience, developed her own style by experimenting with different motifs and cutting techniques. She creates a variety of designs and also produces her own original motifs. She works with both white and yellow silk cocoons. Traditionally, only yellow cocoons were used in Cyprus in the past, but now she uses both white and yellow.
